My name is Thessa, identifying as she/her, born and raised in Montreal originally from a Caribbean Island. I’m a self-taught photographer, graduate in Photography from LaSalle College, currently studying in graphic design and artist. My other passions includes singing, going to the gym and acting.

My personality


If I can describe myself in 5 words it would be : funny, creative, curious, caring and goofy. I don't think there are better words to describe me.


  • Funny : There's never a dull moment with me. You will either be laughing your heart out or have a smile bigger than the Joker on your face.
  • Creative : My mind never stops running and is filled with new ideas by the second! This allows me to find ways to improve and create consistently.
  • Curious : I always want to know more. I'm not afraid to go find the informations and knowledge to feed my curiosity.
  • Caring : Since I can remember, people have been calling me to Mother Theresa.
  • Goofy : I'm super silly and ridiculous. You can count on me to do the most silliest things ever out of nowhere.

  • I've learned to speak Greek in Kindergarten.
  • You can see me in a Tim Hortons commercial.
  • I'm lactose intolerant... but love milkshakes!
  • Always wanted to go to London, UK.
  • I took swimming classes... but still don't know how to swim.

Why photography ?


Since toddler age, I was introduced to all kinds of art : music, dancing, drawing, painting, photography, etc. My favorite subject in school was arts because I could express my feelings into drawings and paintings and use different colors. 


When I had my hands on a camera photo for the first time, I was immediately intrigued on how this little gadget could take pictures and create memories. From there, photography has always been a part of my life : taking pictures whenever I had the chance of people and using so much film to the point of wasting some to joining a photography club in college and university while studying in law. 


Photography allows me to be present, in the moment. It allows me to express myself and my creativity. It allows me to connect with others, create memories and give confidence to someone who thinks they aren’t photogenic. Everyone has their own beauty and I want to help them discover their beautiful self through pictures while creating memories.


Photography makes me me, art makes me me.
